Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure consistent delivery of Wash Autority standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain efficiency and top-quality output.
Oversee job scheduling, workflow, and customer service quality.
Monitor shop inventory, supply levels, and operational expenses.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism.
Collaborate with management on sales goals, promotions, and performance reporting.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline across all departments
Ideal Candidate
Background in auto detailing or automotive industry (strong advantage)
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in problem-solving
Customer-focused and can handle client concerns with empathy and clarity
Flexible with work hours, can adapt to operational needs
With valid driver’s license and good driving skills
Can work independently and uphold Wash Authority’s professional standards
