About the Role
Join our team as our Sales Representative at Wash Autority team in Bataan
You’ll be responsible for connecting with clients, understanding their car care needs, and guiding them toward the best detailing, tint, and protection packages we offer. You’ll play a vital role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping us bring the Wash Autority premium experience to more car owners in Central Luzon.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in and online inquiries, providing expert recommendations on Wash Autority services.
Follow up on leads from social media, ads, and referrals to convert them into paying customers.
Assist customers in understanding product benefits such as ceramic coating, PPF, and tint packages.
Maintain accurate client records using digital tools (Google Sheets, CRM systems, etc.).
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth job scheduling and client experience.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and community marketing activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
Background in automotive, retail, or customer service (advantage)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills — confident in both face-to-face and online selling
Organized and proactive in handling client inquiries
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets; CRM is a plus)
Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when needed
With a valid driver’s license and driving skills
A positive attitude, team player, and passion for the automotive industry
